What decoration methods can I choose?

We offer printing, which includes screen printing or HD digital printing, or embroidery, depending on the product you choose. The available customization methods will be listed on the product page.

Is there a minimum order?

We offer no minimums for printed youth, so you can order as few or as many pieces as you need. For embroidered items, we do require a minimum of 6 pieces for most items to ensure the best quality and value for your order.

Do I need to have a design?

No, we have a range of templates to choose from as well as Clipart within our Design Studio. Or, you can simply add text to your custom kids hat, depending on your requirements. Speak to a member of our team if you need a little inspiration.

How quickly can I receive my hats?

We can deliver printed hats within 2 business days and embroidered hats within 6 business days. Our free standard shipping time for both printed and embroidered items is 9-12 business days.
